(a.) To be filled with the knowledge of God’s will.

(b.) To walk in a manner worthy of the Lord.

(c.) Bearing fruit in every good work.

(d.) Increasing in the knowledge of God

II. IS THE SUBJECT OF DIVINE POWER (Vv. 11-12)

(a.) For steadfastness

(b.) For patience

(c.) For joyful gratitude
